Frequency of Preventive Maintenance Services
Single-Phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies
Annual service, including one (1) Major Preventive Maintenance
Three-Phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies
Semi-annual service, including one (1) Major and one (1) Minor Preventive Maintenance
Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) Batteries
Quarterly or semi-annually, depending upon battery redundancy configuration and battery life
Flooded Cell Batteries
Quarterly or semi-annually, depending upon battery redundancy configuration and battery life
Power Distribution Units, Power Conditioners, Static Transfer Switches
Annual service, including one (1) Major Preventive Maintenance
Paralleling Cabinet
Semi-annual service, including one (1) Major and one (1) Minor Preventive Maintenance
