First and foremost, we sincerely hope that you and your family have been able to stay healthy. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by COVID-19. We would also like to inform everyone of the steps that Odyssey Power is taking to combat the spread of COVID-19. Furthermore, we will continue to offer our services to support you and your critical/emergency power needs throughout this difficult time.
What we are doing to prevent the spread:
- Our office facilities have the latest content from the CDC and WHO posted and accessible for employees.
- We are transitioning all office staff to work remotely to avoid Community Spread within the office.
- For any office employees that have not yet fully transitioned, we have disinfectant spray, wipes and hand sanitizer in all common areas.
- We are following the Social Distancing guideline of 6 feet of separation.
- Employees are encouraged to “Do the Five” and to adhere to all safety recommendations.
- All field staff have protective equipment and hand sanitizer on their trucks.
- Our safety policies and procedures are updated annually and are also available upon request. (Including our Pandemic Response Plan).
How we can support you:
- Are all of your critical and emergency power systems fully functional and ready to take on an outage? The day-time demand for electricity will increase as more employees are forced to work-from-home during normal business hours. This may lead to rolling blackouts, leaving you without power.
- Does the closure of business facilities create ideal maintenance windows for repair services?
- Due to increased demand for power, would your facility benefit from a rental generator?
As the leader in critical power service and support, our mission is to maximize your business uptime, so that you can have the peace of mind that your facility and critical operations are protected. Please contact us should you have any questions or need work performed on your equipment. We are fully committed to be with you every step of the way.
